Move In And Move Out Information

  1. An email or written request for a moving date, submitted to the Resident Manager at least 5 days in advance of the requested date of the move.
  2. A non-refundable move in/out fee of $750.00, payable to 32 Gramercy Park Owners Corporation and mailed to:
    FirstService Residential New York, Inc.
    575 Fifth Ave. | 9th Floor
    New York, NY 10017
    The deposit must be received at least 5 business days in advance of the expected move date.
  3. A refundable move in/move out deposit of $400.00 payable to 32 Gramercy Park Owners Corporation, submitted to the Resident Manager via the front desk staff prior to the moving date.
  4. A $1 million dollar Certificate of Insurance (see sample) from the Moving Company naming the 32 Gramercy Park Owners Corporation and Greenthal Management as additional insured for the move.

Moves in or out of the building are permitted Monday through Friday, except Holidays, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The moving truck must arrive before 1:30pm and the move-out must be completed by 4:00pm.

All moving will be conducted through the basement and NOT through the lobby of the building.
