32 GPS recently renovated our roof deck, and residents now enjoy the 360 degree views, beautiful landscaping and having a glass of wine, catching some sun or reading the Times in the various “living” spaces. The architecture is designed by William Green & Associates, and the landscaping design is by Cory Murphy Design.
We all want to enjoy the space, and we also want to be mindful of our residents living below the roof. Posted below are the rules for respectful living on our roof.
